Record It !!!!!

Today we looked at how we should record what we do in technical sessions. Its amazing what you forget over the years so if its written down or recorded on computer its good to go back to at a later date to jog your memory or if you are having trouble with a certain technique you can see what you have done before. What do you include ?

  • Objective of the session – what you are working on / what technique etc
  • Duration of the session and intensity on a scale from 1 to 10
  • Your mood or feeling of how the session went, pleased, disappointed etc
  • Key strengths
  • Areas for development
  • Points to work on at your next session
  • personal feelings – what went well / even better if
  • What I learned

If you can manage to log all this on a regular basis you will get used to doing it and over time you will build an excellent reference tool for future use.
