Happy new year everyone. Back today with a strength and conditioning session followed by a health and safety discussion. Things covered included:
* Guidelines for dealing with an accident
* Risk assessment of, Mat/training area, equipment, performers, emergency points, safety information.
After this discussion it was time for “The TURKEY BURNER”. 1 hour of resistance Uchi Komi using Seoi-nage only. The students were amazed by how unfit they had become since the christmas break. Its highlighted the importance of retaining fitness levels.
