No circuit training today as we had quite a busy/good mat. Fitroy has been doing some work with students from the College and we had a good turnout to the enrichment judo session. We decided to add the 6 AASE students in with the college students and worked on Ne-Waza drills followed by a good randori and some crash mat / staminer training. It was good to see around 16 people training during the daytime. Hopefully we can make this a regular occurence. As they say the only way to be better conditioned for judo is to do more judo !
